Services
PaiPixel provides website development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, digital marketing, AI automation, SaaS, software-related services, and related consulting or implementation support.
Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, milestones, revision limits, and service details may be defined in separate proposals, invoices, statements of work, emails, or other written agreements.
We may recommend practical changes to scope, timeline, or implementation when needed to protect quality, performance, security, compliance, or delivery reliability.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project information, timely feedback, required approvals, brand assets, account access, content, and other materials needed to perform the services.
You are responsible for making sure that any materials you provide, including text, images, data, trademarks, ad claims, and customer lists, are accurate and that you have the right to use them.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your own domains, hosting accounts, ad accounts, analytics accounts, payment accounts, software subscriptions, and third-party platforms unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Payments and Fees
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, PaiPixel requires a 50% advance payment before starting a project. Remaining balances are due according to the approved proposal, invoice, milestone schedule, or written agreement.
If you cancel a project in writing within 3 calendar days after making the advance payment, refund eligibility may be reviewed based on work already started and costs already incurred.
If you do not cancel within 3 calendar days, the advance payment is non-refundable. This helps cover onboarding, planning, setup, project scheduling, team allocation, and timeline reservation costs.
Third-party fees, software subscriptions, ad spend, hosting, domain names, stock assets, plugins, API usage, and other outside costs are not included unless clearly stated in writing. These costs may be billed separately and may be non-refundable.
Late payments may delay project timelines, handoff, launch, campaign activity, support, or continued service access.
Project Scope and Revisions
Project scope is limited to the deliverables described in the approved proposal, invoice, statement of work, or other written agreement.
Revisions are included only when they are stated in the project scope. Additional requests, new features, major design changes, content rewrites, extra pages, integrations, automation flows, or campaign changes may require a new estimate or additional fees.
Timelines depend on timely client feedback, access, approvals, third-party platform behavior, and project complexity. Delays in providing required information or approvals may extend delivery dates.
Third-Party Services
Our work may involve third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics tools, payment processors, ad platforms, Google, Meta, email providers, scheduling tools, APIs, automation tools, and SaaS services.
PaiPixel is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, account suspensions, billing changes, data loss, rejected ads, ranking changes, API limitations, or other issues caused by third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms, policies, privacy practices, and fees.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
If you provide your phone number or otherwise opt in to receive text messages from PaiPixel, you may receive SMS messages related to appointment confirmations, project updates, support, account notifications, invoices, delivery notifications, and verification messages.
Message frequency may vary depending on your relationship with PaiPixel, your project activity, appointments, account status, and support needs.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Intellectual Property
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, final project deliverables created specifically for you may be transferred to you after full payment is received.
PaiPixel retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, internal tools, reusable code, frameworks, templates, processes, know-how, concepts, and non-client-specific assets.
Third-party assets, libraries, fonts, plugins, platforms, and stock materials remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
PaiPixel may reference completed work in portfolios, case studies, proposals, or marketing materials unless you request confidentiality in writing and we agree to that request.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaiPixel LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages related to website use, services, campaigns, automations, software, or third-party platforms.
PaiPixel's total liability for any claim related to a project or service is limited to the amount you paid to PaiPixel for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow such limitation.
Performance Expectations
PaiPixel works toward the goals, deliverables, and strategy agreed in writing, using practical methods for websites, SEO, advertising, automation, and software-related services.
Campaign and growth outcomes can depend on market conditions, competition, platform policies, budget, website history, audience behavior, client offers, and third-party systems. Specific rankings, ad approvals, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, conversion rates, or business outcomes are not promised unless clearly stated in a separate written agreement.
Termination
Either party may end a project or ongoing service according to the applicable proposal, invoice, written agreement, or these terms.
PaiPixel may pause or terminate services if required information is not provided, invoices remain unpaid, third-party access is unavailable, requests are unlawful or unsafe, or continued work would create unreasonable operational, security, or compliance risk.
If services are terminated, unpaid amounts for completed work, approved work, third-party costs, onboarding, setup, and reserved timeline costs may remain due.
Changes to Terms
PaiPixel may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
Your continued use of the website or services after updates are posted means you accept the updated terms.
